As a local headshot photographer in San Marcos Texas, I find myself waiting for picks for edits. This does not bother me one bit, but I get so excited when they finally get their picks in so that I can get to editing and creating a great finished product. Photography starts with the eye to capture to the end when the customer is happy.
Of course as a photographer, I always have my camera with me. I had to take a quick trip to California for a emergency that occued. I took some time to do a little traveling in the desert of Joshua Tree where I found some really cool and interesting art. But of course a sunset image of a Joshua tree it self needed to be added to the trip, since it was a 2 hour drive. I had fun.
Lighting, color and the eye of seeing is just one part of being a good photographer. Patience when dealing with both environment and customers can go hand and hand some time. But nevertheless, the ending product should be always great, but importantly fun.
